Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven professional to expand our workforce solutions within the marine, construction, and oil & gas industries.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for labour supply services in the marine, construction, and oil & gas sectors. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the workforce supply and service delivery.

You will assess client needs for skilled labour and tailor workforce solutions to meet project requirements. You will prepare and present proposals, contracts, and bids to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms. You will negotiate labour supply agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial contracts.

  • You will collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely supply of qualified and skilled workers.
  • You will monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns regarding workforce performance or service delivery.
  • You will conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, workforce needs, and competitors.
  • You will attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote labour supply services.
  • You will track and report on sales and business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or labour supply management, preferably within the marine, construction, or oil & gas industries.
  • Strong understanding of the labour supply industry, including workforce requirements and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proven track record in securing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and workforce management practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
