Labour Standards Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Labour Standards Management Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in driving productivity improvements and ensuring labour standards alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Labour Model System: Design a new system using data analytics and industrial engineering principles for continuous improvement and seamless integration.
  • Align Labour Standards with Business Planning: Partner with finance, HR, and operations to translate labour standards into actionable business frameworks.
  • Drive Continuous Productivity Improvements: Lead a structured program to optimize labour productivity, identify gaps, and implement technology plans and process improvements.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with store managers and operations teams to implement practical and measurable labour standards.
  • Establish Rigorous Reporting and Governance: Define KPIs, deliver regular reports, and lead governance forums for ongoing alignment and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in labour standards, manpower productivity, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
