Labour Market Policy Professional

We are seeking a skilled Labor Market Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our policy division, you will advise senior leadership on labour-related policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse economic, labour market, and social policy developments to inform workers' needs and improve their well-being.
  • Develop and refine policy positions to influence government policymaking from the labour perspective.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with government agencies to design and adapt worker support schemes and programmes.
  • Provide secretariat and staff support to workgroups and consultations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or Social Sciences.
  • Keen interest in policy review, analysis, and labour market issues.
  • Relevant work experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome.
