Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate must possess a valid CSCS Card and be ready to contribute to a variety of construction and site-related tasks.
Responsibilities
Assisting with general construction tasks on-site.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Supporting skilled tradespeople as required.
Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
Performing other duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
A valid CSCS Card (essential).
Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Day-to-Day
Reporting to the site supervisor at the start of each shift.
Carrying out assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
Collaborating with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Handling tools and equipment responsibly.
Addressing any challenges on-site with a problem-solving mindset.
