As the Director of Labour relations, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive labour relations strategies that foster a positive workplace culture. You will lead initiatives that ensure compliance with labour laws and governance standards, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction across the organization. Collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders, you will drive strategies related to labour relations and policy development that align with WebBeds' overall business objectives.
- Own, develop and implement global labour relations strategies and policies for statutory compliance that promote employee satisfaction, align with organizational goals, and reflect best practices.
- Oversee policy development to ensure compliance with local and international labour laws while fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Work with the People Services Director to ensure accurate and timely compensation is delivered through payroll while maintaining regulatory compliance within the market.
- Collaborate with T&C Business Partners and cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of labour relations initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve labour relations strategies.
- Stay ahead of changes in labour laws, governance standards, and industry trends, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain compliance and competitiveness.
- Build, govern, optimise and nurture relationships with external partners. - Present and communicate labour relations strategies to senior stakeholders, fostering alignment with WebBeds' business objectives
