As a data-driven professional, you will play a key role in generating actionable insights and trends that impact the workforce. You will be part of a dynamic research team that formulates and presents data-driven options for policy and industrial relations decisions.
">- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and threats affecting the workforce.
- Collaborate with tripartite partners to formulate and implement operational labour policies.
You will have the opportunity to continuously innovate data collection processes and research methodologies, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and leverage advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
">Key Responsibilities- Monitor economic outlook and labour market developments.
- Work closely with government agencies and tripartite partners on labour policy issues.
- Identify issue areas and formulate specific research questions.
- Develop and implement new data collection processes and research methodologies.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to optimize data collection and efficiency.
- Support management reporting and prepare research outcomes for presentation.
Requirements include strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen interest in current affairs and prevailing labour trends is essential. Experience in data science, visualization, and storytelling is preferred but not necessary.
