Labour Market Strategist

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, reviewing, and refining policy positions to influence government policymaking from the labour perspective. This role involves monitoring and analysing economic, labour market, and social policy developments.

- You will work closely with senior leadership to provide expert advice on labour market trends and their impact on policymaking.
- In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse economic, labour market, and social policy developments to identify key issues and trends.
- Formulate, review, and refine policy positions to influence government policymaking from the labour perspective.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with government agencies to design and adapt worker support schemes.
- Provide secretariat and staff support to workgroups, inter-agency taskforces, and consultations.
- Degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Law or Social Sciences.
- Keen interest in policy review, analysis, and labour market issues.
- Relevant work experience is preferred; however, entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome to apply.
