Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor Application Alerts: Regularly monitor application and batch job alerts related to VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) to ensure timely identification and resolution of potential issues.
  • Daily Health Checks: Perform daily health checks and validations across modules like CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, etc. to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Incident Triage and Resolution: Handle initial triage of incidents and user tickets, providing quick fixes and workarounds for known issues and escalating unresolved or complex problems to L2/L3 teams.
  • SOP Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintain SOP documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues to ensure efficient issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Release Deployments and Patching: Support monthly release deployments and patching activities to ensure smooth system updates.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare RCA and incident reports to analyze and improve incident response processes.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for VisionPLUS 10-related incidents and service requests.
  • Routine Tasks: Assist with routine tasks such as password resets and other administrative tasks.
