Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our loyalty program for credit card customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Redemption and Engagement Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor redemption and engagement campaigns from launch to fulfillment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a robust communication plan to engage with credit card customers, enhancing their overall experience and promoting brand loyalty.
- Customer Queries and Investigations: Respond to customer inquiries, conduct thorough investigations with platform vendors if necessary, and propose revised processes to streamline operations without compromising risk exposure.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in customer engagement, loyalty programs, and campaign execution.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences, improve loyalty, and drive business growth.
