  • Prepare Risk Management checklists for presentation to local and Japan management for decision-making purposes.
  • Participate in site show rounds to understand the scope of work and develop Method of Measurement (MOM) documents for tender scope.
  • Lead and organize tender preparation, reviews, and submissions for mechanical, electrical, and ELV systems to ensure completeness, quality, technical compliance, and on-time submission.
  • Consolidate and analyze technical, bill of quantities, price schedules, cost/quotes, financial data, and commercial contracts to guarantee technical compliance, risk mitigation, and competitiveness during tender preparation and clarification phases.
  • Coordinate project involvement during the tender stage and manpower planning with the project to create a project organization chart and preliminary cost estimates.
  • Enhance and consolidate quotes to reach target win prices while avoiding rejection and margin slippage, preparing tender cost summaries for management approval of tender profit margins.
