Senior NAND Cell Device Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the electrical characterization of NAND memory cells and develop innovative solutions for cutting-edge 3D-NAND flash technologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing a deep understanding of performance and reliability requirements for new NAND cells and refining these requirements as necessary.
  2. Characterizing NAND Memory cell and array properties to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Analyzing automated tester data to establish product qualification gaps and identify new device corners.
  4. Contributing to the development of state-of-the-art NAND cell architecture and process definition by providing expertise in NAND device physics and array operation.
  5. Collaborating with process, integration, product, and design engineers to address NAND memory cell deficits and deliver improvement roadmaps.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science Engineering.
  2. At least three years of work experience in CMOS or non-volatile memory, preferably with a deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and processes.
  3. Knowledge of statistical methods for experiment design and data analysis.
  4. Solid communication and reporting abilities.
  5. The ability to drive results-oriented outcomes.
