Senior NAND Device Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Principal NAND Device Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of the Device Technology Development group, you will play a crucial role in advancing cutting-edge NAND technologies and products.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes, and non-volatile memories, particularly NAND device physics. They will be responsible for analyzing cell device characteristics, engineering memory device/array operation, and developing novel solutions to meet project timelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development of state-of-the-art NAND cells, providing expertise in NAND cell device physics and memory array operation.
  • Performing electrical characterization of NAND cell arrays and test structures to identify device improvement directions.
  • Collaborating with product engineers and probe engineers to develop novel array solutions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Nanoscience or Electrical Engineering, with a focus on semiconductor devices. They will possess a strong understanding of statistics and experience with NAND cell optimization and algorithm development.
