Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced expert to join our team as a Senior/Principal NAND Device Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced NAND technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor devices, particularly NAND device physics, and experience with memory array operation. You will be working closely with our product engineering and probe engineering teams to develop novel solutions for next-generation NAND technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of cell device characteristics and develop strategies to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the process integration and cell teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize NAND cell arrays.
  • Develop and implement innovative algorithms to enhance Vt placement, performance, and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in NAND technology development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Nanoscience or Electrical Engineering, with a focus on semiconductor devices. A strong understanding of nonvolatile memories, particularly NAND device physics, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with memory array operation, NAND cell optimization, and algorithm development.
