Job Overview

The Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the NAMS Clinic while collaborating with various stakeholders to coordinate, implement, and oversee all departmental projects, ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations and Project Oversight Ensure the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently. Organize resources and delegate tasks to achieve optimal patient care and service delivery. Lead and manage a team of 10 – 20 frontline personnel, collaborating effectively with the clinic supervisor and various stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care across departments. Participate in budget forecasting and expense oversight. Assist in data collection and provide analysis and trends as required, maintaining databases and relevant statistics. Engage in special projects that may involve reviewing and analyzing information, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and preparing reports. Participate in the implementation of IT-related initiatives to meet the operational needs of the clinic. Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing processes, procedures, and policies to enhance departmental efficiency and service quality. Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to the department, including the preparation of manual or electronic purchase orders, sourcing quotations, and procurement activities. Involved in updating and maintaining the IT/equipment and asset inventory for the department. Act as a minutes-taker for departmental meetings or any other assigned meetings. Participate in departmental initiatives and projects. Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or project management. Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various domains, with a keen interest in Clinic Operations. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
