Job Description

The Executive will ensure the smooth operations of NAMS Clinic and work with various stakeholders to coordinate, implement and manage all department related projects, whilst ensuring compliance to the standards of operations.

Responsibilities:
 

Clinic Operation and Project Management   Oversee the smooth functioning and operations of the clinic. Organise resources and assign work to maximise goals for patient care and service delivery. Lead and manage a team of 10 – 20 frontline staff and work effectively with clinic supervisor and various stakeholders in the coordination of care between departments to ensure the seamless delivery of service for patients. Participate in budget projection and expense management. Assist in statistics collation and to provide data analysis and trending according to requirements. To maintain databases, statistics and other useful information. Involved in special projects, which may require reviewing and analysing information, identifying problems, recommending solutions and writing reports. Involved in the implementation of IT-related projects, in view of the operational needs of the hospital/Department. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing processes, procedures and policies to improve the efficiency of the department in its service quality and resource utilization.   General Admin Support   Provide administrative support to the Department such as preparation of manual or electronic purchases, including sourcing for quotations and the procurement. To involve in the update and maintenance of the IT/equipment and asset listing for the department. Minutes-writer for departmental meetings, or any other meetings as assigned. Participant in department’s initiatives and assignments. To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements: Degree holder, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or project management. Good team collaboration skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders across different domains, alongside an interest in Clinic Operations. Good communication and organisation skills, with attention to details. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
