The role of Banquet Operations Manager is crucial to the success of our on-site events. As a senior member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all banquet areas and equipment.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower for events, considering factors such as staffing levels, skill sets, and employee availability.
  • Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally during events, providing timely solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Oversee inventory control, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste, and support the procurement process to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure adherence to established hygiene, safety, and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence throughout the banquet operations department.

To succeed in this challenging role, you should possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
