Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless hotel operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional attention and personal recognition.
  • Front Office Operations: Support and assist all Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures using the property management system.
  • Team Management: Foster effective teamwork and drive results, conducting pre-shift briefings with the front office team to relay all pertinent guest information and operational requirements.
  • Revenue Optimization: Control daily rooms and room type availability, and follow up with housekeeping and revenue departments on any discrepancies to maximize revenue.
  • Problem Solving: Address guests' complaints and requests in a polite and efficient manner, giving further instructions to relevant colleagues if needed to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Prior experience in hotel operations, specifically in rooms division, with supervisory-level experience required.
