Job Description

As a senior hospitality professional, you will oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of our hotel's services. Your expertise in leadership, guest service, and marketing will drive revenue growth and exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting sales, covers, and payroll costs in collaboration with the management team.
  • Supervising daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and capabilities.
  • Ensuring all duties and services are carried out according to established protocols and policies.

You will be the face of our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring their loyalty.
