The Group is expanding our team and we are seeking a candidate with high leadership qualities and experience to join as Assistant Hospitality Manager at Caffe Fernet.
Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day front of house operations of the outlet, working hand-in-hand with the Operations Manager and Chef.
Ensure internal quality standards and procedures are practiced by team members.
Work alongside the team to drive continuous improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Train, support and develop team members to deliver service excellence.
Engage with customers to drive repeat business to the outlet.
Communicate and manage customer's feedback.
Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit hospitality team.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of F&B casual dining experience, with at least 1 year in management.
Hospitality-oriented with a proven track record of success in F&B service SOP implementation.
Converse in good English and proficient in service-language.
Team player and friendly personality.
Positive attitude and leadership philosophy.
Alignment with the Group's purpose and core values.
