Housed in a unique Brutalist building, and with its delightful contrast of historical charm and pulsating nightlife, guests are in for a treat at KINN’s first ever outlet at South Bridge Road, with its fantastic location surrounded by historical sights and an electric nightlife.
We are looking for **Full-time Hotel Assistant Manager **to assist and provide administrative and operational support to the Hotel Operations Manager. This individual will oversee all the events, activities, and operations around the hotel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel(s)
- Provide support to both Front Office and Housekeeping operations daily
- Monitor and review daily arrivals and departure ensuring that hotel is promptly turned over for daily arrival guest
- Ensure that all hotel reports are thoroughly checked and vetted before filing
- Monitor all stocks in the hotel and maintain a record of stocks in hotel and process any order in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain cost effective measures in the hotel, ensuring that these cost effectives measure will not dampen guest experience and service standards in the hotel
- Conduct training and coaching for all team members pertaining to new P&Ps and guidelines
- Attend to guest feedback and challenges, escalating any major issues to the Hotel Operations Manager for review or further actions
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates to Hotel Operations Manager for review or execution
- Maintain the highest of service and product standards of the hotels under his/her charge
**About You**:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
- Preferably at least 3 years of relevant hospitality experience
- Great attention to detail, is highly responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
- Highly independent & resourceful team player with impeccable integrity
- Strong communication, interpersonal, quick problem-solving, time management, and planning and organisational skills
- Able to work well in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Commitment to work a 5 day work week including shifts and weekends.
- Experience with property management and digital softwares such as CloudBeds or Opera will be a huge plus
