Senior Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team at REINS INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Store and distribute ingredients efficiently.
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on food preparation and safety procedures.
- Support the Branch Chef in controlling food costs and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Chef or Restaurant Managers.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Japanese restaurants.
- Mature and positive attitude.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
- Able to commit to working weekends and public holidays.
- Able to adapt to split shifts.
