About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Coordinator to coordinate with customers on the fulfillment of their export/import shipments. This role involves working closely with air and ocean carriers to secure the best rates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely shipment of goods.
  • Work with air and ocean carriers to negotiate rates and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Issue shipping and customs documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in air/sea freight industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
  • Mature personality with strong communication skills.
  • Team player with self-motivated individual who is customer-focused.
