Job Overview

As a Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless trade operations and on-time deliveries. This involves collaborating with headquarters, suppliers, and customers to coordinate trade documentation, manage shipments, and process purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant shipment schedules.
  • Manage incoming orders from vendors and track shipment schedules for accuracy.
  • Review and arrange Letters of Credit when required.
  • Prepare and coordinate trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
  • Process Purchase Orders, manage return shipments, and record sales transactions using SAP.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for each trade transaction.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and generate operational and financial reports.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and trade coordination
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in SAP and other trade software
