We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Executive to join our team at LATICRETE SOUTH EAST ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

About the Role:

As a Construction Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
