Job Title: Store Manager

At Link Compliance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion retail team in Singapore.

Job Purpose:

  • To provide exceptional leadership and direction to the store team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • To own the employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • To own the customer experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • To drive performance and growth, through effective operational and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong brand presence, driving engagement and passion for the brand across the store team.
  • Be a visible presence on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and role modeling behaviors.
  • Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a luxury environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines across the store.
  • Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience.
  • Retain and develop talent, continually elevating the capability of the store team through recruitment, staff development, and effective succession planning.
  • Establish a learning culture and maintain a strong connection of the store team to the brand.
  • Advocate product, maintaining a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimizing sales of available inventory.
  • Nurture customer relationships, establishing and embedding customer-focused behaviors across the store team.
  • Drive store performance and productivity, building and maintaining familiarity with the local external environment.
  • Maintain a commercial mindset, continually identifying and converting opportunities to drive store performance.
  • Drive operational excellence across all areas of the store, ensuring compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 2 years in managerial level in store management in fashion brands.
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and able to prioritize tasks.
  • A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels.
  • A driven professional with outstanding sales skills, customer service, and team leadership.
