Job Overview

The position of Head of Campaigns and Programs Marketing, APJ offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and operational expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the APJ program marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and GTM strategy.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for APJ programs.
  • Identify and prioritize APJ marketing opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and resources for global APJ marketing programs.
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the success of marketing programs.

Your Team

You will lead and mentor a team of campaign and program managers. As their leader, you will provide direction and guidance on marketing strategy and execution, motivate and inspire them to achieve high performance, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with Field, Sales, Digital, Social, Email, and Operations teams.

Your Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through marketing efforts.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
