At Yubico, we are seeking a seasoned Regional Marketing Director to lead our APJ region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing plans that align with our sales leaders' goals and initiatives. You will focus on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations, brand visibility, and in-region expansion.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with key channel partners, planning and executing regional in-person activities such as trade shows and roundtables, tracking the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts, and building strong relationships with regional leadership and key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of experience in an APJ field marketing role, preferably with 2+ years of cybersecurity industry experience. You should also have at least 3-5 years of experience working with channel partners, be a self-starter who can work independently, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Additional requirements include strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to travel within APJ 20% of the time. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, while Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
