**Marketing Director, APJ**

Are you ready to take your marketing expertise to the next level and own the delivery and strategy of the APJ region? Imperva APJ (including India, North and South East Asia, Japan and ANZ) is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing field marketing programs and campaigns that drive exceptional results. As our Marketing Director, you will have the opportunity to shape the regional go-to-market plan that aligns with our corporate strategy and sales objectives. By understanding the local customer needs and market trends, you will be the driving force behind creating awareness of our solutions, generating demand, and increasing sales qualified leads. Your comprehensive regional marketing plan will be the blueprint for success, considering both global and local nuances while staying true to our overarching goals.

Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with local and global cross-functional marketing teams, providing valuable insights and metrics based on your deep understanding of the APJ market. Together, we will evolve and optimize global programs and campaigns to ensure maximum impact in the APJ region. You will also be the primary liaison between our field sales team and corporate marketing, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.

In addition to strategic planning, you will roll up your sleeves and execute local marketing activities that leave a lasting impression. From in-person and virtual corporate events to 3rd party conferences, digital and social marketing, demand campaigns, paid media, and channel programs, you will drive account progression through the sales funnel and support the growth of our local BDR and sales teams.

You will be the driving force behind our regional marketing success, constantly seeking ways to improve execution and achieve our strategic objectives. By establishing collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and promoting coordination among functions, you will ensure our overall strategy is executed flawlessly in the region.

We value your expertise in managing projects, budgets, and timelines, as well as your ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Your resourcefulness and ability to leverage available resources will be key to your success. And don't worry, you won't be alone on this journey. To qualify for this role, you should bring 10-12+ years of marketing experience in a high technology environment, with cybersecurity experience being a plus. Your track record in strategic program management, campaign execution, channel marketing, and field marketing will set you apart. Experience working with multiple territories and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment will be essential, and your understanding of marketing funnel and ROI metrics will be crucial.

If you're ready to make a significant impact, this is the opportunity for you. Business travel will be required (30-40%) and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is highly desired.
