About the Role">

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Marketing Director to lead key marketing initiatives and further establish our presence in the APJ region.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic field marketing plans, aligning with sales leaders on their goals and initiatives. You will focus on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations, brand visibility, and in-region expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans, collaborating closely with channel sales teams and stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with key channel partners, driving growth and revenue expansion
  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, roundtables, and hosted experiences, ensuring effective pre-event, on-site, and post-event strategies
  • Analyze SFDC data and gather qualitative feedback to inform continuous improvement
  • Built strong relationships with regional leadership and stakeholders to drive collaborative marketing opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in APJ field marketing, 2+ years in cybersecurity industry experience a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience working with channel partners, self-starter who can work independently
  • Strong attention to detail, thrives in deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to travel within APJ 20% of time
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, Japanese language proficiency a plus
