Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive commercial strategies and lead a high-performing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute business growth plans, manage the tender process, and oversee sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Lead and manage the tender process, business and commercial function to achieve revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and retention objectives.
  • Work with the team to create or curate new relevant products and services.
  • Oversee business support functions such as sales operations, performance reporting, and internal process governance.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales and back-office teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor service standards, SLAs, and quality assurance metrics across all customer interactions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve overall service delivery performance in customer fronting operations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team covering sales, support, and quality management.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive engagement and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving service excellence.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
