About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Lead to join our team in Group Operations & Technology. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in leading Agile teams to become self-organising and high performing, delivering consistent, high quality solutions at a sustainable pace.

You will have the opportunity to work with Technology and Business stakeholders, particularly in Consumer Banking digital channels, and contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to coach and mentor teams towards a strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles
  • Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team
  • Remove blockers and impediments to work progress
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank
  • Foster a safe and trusting team environment
