**Responsibilities**:

- Guide Agile and Scrum processes for team and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure seamless project delivery, managing risks and addressing crises.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Proactively manage RAIDs, ensuring team productivity and focus.
- Mentor Agile teams, enhancing collaboration and technical prowess.
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and team capabilities.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Agile project management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- At least 5 years in stakeholder management, adept at navigating complex business relationships.
- Additional 3 years in people management, with proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
