Ecommerce Agile Coach

We are looking for a **commercially driven expert agile consultant and coach**, who will be able to establish Agile ways of working across the entire team, supporting them on their journey and maintaining coherence and coordination in sophisticated projects

Core Responsibilities

Your key responsibility is to lead the transformation towards Agile ways of working within the APAC B2B eComm Center of Excellence and ecommerce teams across APAC. Ensure work alignment of teams, collaboratively and connect across BUs towards our overall ecommerce strategy. Through engagements with various teams (within region and global), you will harmonize tactics share insights and best standard methodologies.

You will also have responsibilities in driving some of the business oriented tasks across the region such as overall eCommerce budget allocation overview and traction as well as being a support on some strategic projects where relevant. You will play a central role in developing the team as we grow and strengthen in our journey to improve eComm across APAC Market Group.- Review our current ways of working and engagement, identify impediments to transform successful Agile ways of working in the APAC eCommerce context and create a roadmap to effectively resolve them in APAC Market Group- Responsible for carrying out the roadmap through Agile approach (mentality and methodologies) to match the needs of our teams- Lead and facilitate workshops to drive ideas and solutions- Define and measure qualitative and quantitative team metrics to resolve impacts of improvement efforts- Work closely together with channel lead to ensure clear link to strategy in all sprints and products- Educate others at every level of the organization on key Agile values and concepts, as well as practical methods and develop Agile training protocol for the regional and local eCommerce teams and monitor Agile processes- Participate in projects and tailor Agile project delivery practices per project and help to champion them across the broader organization- Gather feedback from the team and incorporate improvements into day-to-day processes to ensure success- Serve as Scrum Master for the regional eCommerce team and facilitate Agile methodology and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, demos, retrospectives to drive individual accountability and team success- Be an inspiring leader, coach, and evangelist for regional eCommerce COE product owners (and BU Leads) to improve and refine regional commercial Scrum processes

Together with our global functions, this team will design, deliver, and scale activities across the shopper funnel to support the marketing strategy defined with our regional marketing team.

Our future growth plans are highly related to lifting our e-commerce and omnichannel strategy and execution with our B2B customers. The purpose and mission of this new group is to develop and implement a coherent digital shopper approach that demonstrates the strengths of brand and establishing the new Operating Model working in an agile environment.

**Do you have what it takes?**- Certification such as Certified Scum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD), or Certified Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner (LeSS) preferred- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience- Solid experience and understanding of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment- Consistent track record of successfully implementing commercial projects using Agile methodologies- Prior experience as a scrum master / agile coach in a fast paced and commercial environment with in-depth experience in facilitating agile sprints and meetings- Experience mentoring teams/individuals on agile techniques, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc. Ability to influence and persuade without direct reporting authority- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum tools such as Trello, JIRA, Confluence preferred- Pragmatic and problem solving demeanor with ability to lead as a consultant, provide leadership to the teams and collaborate with collaborators and develop strategies and solutions of high business value- Great collaboration and communicator- Understanding of eCommerce and the role that display, search and digital marketing play in the shopper journey is a plus- Strong facili
