- Explain and illustrate how clean code patterns can be applied in projects.
- Drive product teams on conversion Acceptance Criteria to solid Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and automated functional tests.
- Implementing the Agile process, principles, and practices across all departments in the organization, by using techniques that promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Embody the Agile principles and lead by example
- Establish a Centre of Excellence on Agile/ DevOps practices.
- Establish an Agile Technical DevOps training curriculum suitable for the organization

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10 - 12 years track-record with proven hands-on experience working with Agile & Lean Software development practices, and change management are essential i.e. able to do what you teach/coach others
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Agile Coach, in tech and business delivery squad. Have at least 2 agile certifications, exposed to either SCRUM or XP
