**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday integration specialist to lead our end-to-end integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday modules and experience with integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
  • Develop and implement XSLT transformations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data mappings to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop integration solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Workday effectively.
  • Ongoing support for troubleshooting and resolving integration and reporting issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Workday integration and reporting.
  • Strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Extend).
  • XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation techniques.
  • Calculated Fields and RaaS for report design and development.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Workday Integration and Reporting certifications (e.g., Workday Studio Certified, Integration Certified, Report Designer).
