Workday Integration Expertise

As a Workday integration expert, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end integration projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will utilize Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Workday Extend to build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in Workday integration and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Extend), XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation techniques
  • Proficient in designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards, utilizing Calculated Fields and RaaS
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Workday Integration and Reporting certifications (e.g., Workday Studio Certified, Integration Certified, Report Designer)
