Senior Workday Consultant

A Senior Workday Consultant is a highly skilled professional responsible for delivering expert-level Workday solutions. They will design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, as well as develop and optimize reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Workday integrations using Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Workday Studio.
  • Develop and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop integration solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration design documents, technical specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years in Workday integration and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio), XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation techniques.
  • Proficient in designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards, utilizing Calculated Fields and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
