Workday Integration Specialist

Unlock your potential in a dynamic environment with our Workday Integration Specialist role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating HCM software to meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description:

In this role, you will assess the HR needs of our clients, design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Cloud Platform. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Active Workday Integration Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday integration development, including cutover/MTP, post-production support, and integrating systems with third-party vendors.
  • Proficient in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transformation, and other Workday integration tools.
  • Strong understanding and experience in working with web services, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, and SOAP.
