About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Specialist to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations, as well as providing training and support to end-users. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex integration projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using various tools and technologies
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop integration solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on integration design, technical specifications, and test plans

Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Workday integration and reporting
  • Strong background in Workday modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Extend)
  • Proficient in designing and developing Workday reports and dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
