Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower guests with information about the hotel and its services.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of VIPs in-house, hotel functions, and special events.
  • Collect feedback information on VIPs by checking various sources, distributing it within the hotel, and ensuring it is updated in guest profiles.
  • Welcome, facilitate, and bid farewell to as many guests as possible, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate VIP greetings and departures ahead of time, liaising with FOM and GM when necessary.
  • Obtain and enter information about a guest's stay into the guest history.
  • Provide visitors with general information, internal promotions, and directions.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently, giving further instructions to relevant staff if needed.
  • Maintain a record of all complaints and requests, following up and informing concerned operating departments.
  • Perform special projects and related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empower guests with information.
  • In-depth knowledge of VIPs in-house, hotel functions, and special events.
  • Ability to collect feedback information on VIPs and distribute it within the hotel.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with FOM and GM when necessary.
