
Manager of Guest Services

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring a superior experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff and overall guest satisfaction, acting as the key point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Clubhouse.
- Evaluate and improve guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor guest feedback through various channels and implement service improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze and report on guest satisfaction, service metrics, inventory, and departmental performance.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel and F&B industry.
- Experience in international hotel chains or private clubs is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English.
- Able to start immediately or at short notice is advantageous.
