Clubhouse Leader
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring a superior experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff and overall guest satisfaction, acting as the key point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Clubhouse.
  • Evaluate and improve guest experiences.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor guest feedback through various channels and implement service improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and report on guest satisfaction, service metrics, inventory, and departmental performance.

Job Requirements:
  1. Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel and F&B industry.
  3. Experience in international hotel chains or private clubs is highly preferred.
  4. Bilingual in English.
  5. Able to start immediately or at short notice is advantageous.
