Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to prepare detailed estimates and manage contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, cost plans, and budget estimations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Responsible for valuing progress claims and variation orders in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Post contract administration related to Quantity Surveying duties.
- Carry out other contracts administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction estimating and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of pre and post-tender administration practices.
- Experience in managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency in Glodon software measurement for tenders is an added advantage.
