Job Opportunity:

The Digital Art Director role is an exciting position within a leading global long-term investor. As a brand custodian, the selected individual will be responsible for ensuring all creative outputs align with the company's brand identity.

This position involves collaborating closely with vendors, production teams, and fellow Corporate Affairs and Communications (CAC) team members to design, craft, and execute compelling creative visions for both internal and external collateral.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as brand custodian to ensure all creative outputs are aligned with the company's brand identity
  • Develop and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency across platforms and materials
  • Design and execute creative assets for social media, internal communications, websites, intranet, and digital applications
  • Create event collateral (invitations, signage, promotional materials) for internal and external events and campaigns
  • Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders clearly and confidently
  • Collaborate with CAC team members and cross-functional departments to align creative direction with strategic goals
  • Provide clear guidance and feedback to external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution
  • Apply user-centric design principles to digital platforms, contributing to UI/UX projects
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital design, ideally in-house or agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual identity and branding work across digital and physical formats
  • Familiarity with Figma or Sketch and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Understanding of UX/UI design and accessibility best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Motion graphics and basic data analytics skills are a plus
