About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Director to lead our Commercial Excellence function for Suntory Global Spirits. This is an entrepreneurial role that requires strategic thinking, leadership, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Sales Analysts to develop action-driven automated dashboards promoting standardized reporting.
- Lead automation projects improving business efficiencies with Global IT and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Collaborate with Leadership Team on Joint Business Planning with key customers through structured systems and processes.
- Develop and implement store execution strategies to deliver best-in-class store experiences.
- Lead training vertical for the commercial organization, developing a commercial learning calendar.
- Oversight of high-quality content creation in Data & Analytics, Revenue Growth Management, Premiumisation, Supply Chain Forecasting, and Outlet execution.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in areas outlined, either through FMCG/beverage companies or sales/commercial experience in consumer goods sector, with project-based work on route-to-market/sales excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- At least some experience in field sales and demonstrated progressive levels of people responsibility, including direct sales reports.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales forecasting software, strong analytical experience using Excel, Tableau, and CPG, food, and beverage industry standard tools.
- Enterprise thought leadership and perspective on critical growth drivers of the business over the long-term.
- Exceptional business, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Experience working with senior management and executive level stakeholders.
- Communication and Presentation/Facilitation Skills.
