Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Construction Estimator to lead our team in delivering high-quality consultancy services for projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building / Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and 8 years of experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / Construction environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates during the design stage.
- Prepare pre-tender estimates, conduct prequalification exercises, tender and/or quotation documentation, tender/quotation evaluation, and award.
- Manage post-contract administration works including contract document compilation, prepares monthly valuations, and cost reports.
- Assess and manage variation orders, prepares interim valuations, cost plans, and budget studies.
- Advise clients on contractual matters when required.

Key Qualifications:
A Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; 8 years of experience in pre and post contract consultancy/construction environment; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong analytical and leadership abilities; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent time management and organizational skills;
