Job Title: Construction Estimator

As a construction estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administration, estimation, procurement, and pricing skills. A background in civil engineering and tendering is desirable.

This position requires strong negotiation, budget management, and construction management skills.

You will be responsible for assisting in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. You will also support cost estimates, quotations, and progress claims.

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations is another key responsibility. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring project budgets and variations.

You will provide administrative support for ongoing projects, working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about construction and surveying. If you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.

Apart from relevant work experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is essential. Good communication and teamwork skills are also required.
