Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a vital role in preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing bids for construction projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the bid are accurately represented.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting detailed estimates for construction projects;">
  • Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements;">
  • Working with project managers and engineers to identify and quantify project costs;">
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors;">
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of estimates and bids.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;">
  • At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in estimating and quantity surveying;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.">
