Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the tendering process, preparing tender documentation, submitting quotations or tender documents, estimating construction costs in a competitive manner, monitoring monthly progress, processing claims and contractual payments, negotiating and awarding sub-contractors, attending site meetings, and assisting supervisors in letter/report writing and corresponding contract issues.
Requirements:
  • A degree in quantity surveying or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and suppliers.
  • Good attitude and a willingness to learn are also essential.
  • Prior experience as a QS in SG is preferred.
