KABAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Support Specialist to join our team.

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a Technical Client Support Specialist who can provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our robotic solutions. The successful candidate will lead the onboarding process for new clients, develop and deliver training programs, and create training materials to enhance client education.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the onboarding process for new clients
* Developing and delivering training programs for clients and end-users
* Creating and updating training materials, including manuals, videos, and FAQs
* Developing strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs and business goals
* Setting up weekly/monthly cadence meetings with clients to provide robot performance reports
* Collaborating with sales teams to drive customer retention and expansion

**Requirements:**

* Degree/Diploma in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in client success, technical support, or operations, preferably in robotics, automation, or technology-driven environments
* Strong understanding of robot diagnostics, troubleshooting, and operational support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams
* Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and training sessions
