Job Summary

We are seeking a Country Head, SEA to oversee all aspects of our operations in the Southeast Asia region. This senior leadership position involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, financial management, and representation of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the SEA region.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the SEA business unit with a focus on financial viability and operational excellence.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align business unit objectives with organizational goals.
  • Financial Management: Take full responsibility for the business unit's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, actively managing financial performance to achieve targets.
  • Business Development Efforts: Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Requirements
